The PBCON Conference invites submissions for Poster Presentation, Platform Presentation, and Video Presentation categories. Participants must adhere to the following guidelines for each category.

• Abstract must be submitted online on www.pbcon.in
• In case of difficulty, contact us at pbcon2025@gmail.com mail ID.

1. Eligibility:

Open to all professionals, researchers, and students in the respective field.

2. Abstract Submission:

• All submissions must be made before the deadline.
• Abstract must be submitted by 15th April 2025.
• Please proof read the abstract fully for factual and spelling errors. spelling of names, the order
• of authors and the institute name will appear as submitted.
• The presenting author must be a registered delegate for the conference.
• The abstract should not exceed 250 words and must include a title, author(s), affiliation, background, methods, results, and conclusion.

3. Selection & Registration:

• Selected abstracts will receive free registration for the conference.
• Confirmation emails will be sent to selected presenters.
• After reviewing the abstract, the committee will assign the abstract into Platform or Poster, and the same will be intimated to the submitter via email.

4. Awards & Recognition:

Top three winners in each category will receive a cash prize and a certificate. Top 3 Selected Abstracts - Cash Prizes

1. Poster Presentation Guidelines:

Format:Posters should be A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm), portrait orientation.

Design & Content:

• Keep the poster visually appealing with clear headings, readable fonts, and appropriate images/tables.
• Use concise text and bullet points rather than long paragraphs.

Presentation:

• The presenter must be available during the allocated poster viewing session.
• A 3-minute summary followed by a 2-minute Q&A will be conducted.

2. Platform Presentation Guidelines:

Duration:Each presenter will have 8 minutes for the presentation, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A.

Slides Format:

• PowerPoint slides should be in 16:9 ratio.
• Maximum of 10 slides, using clear fonts, high-contrast colors, and minimal text.

Delivery:

• Presenters must ensure a structured flow: Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusion.
• Time limits must be strictly adhered to.

3. Video Presentation Guidelines:

Duration:The video should not exceed 5 minutes.

Format:

• Video should be in MP4 format, with HD quality (1080p resolution).
• The content must include title slides, objectives, methodology, and key findings.
• Voiceover or subtitles are required for better understanding.

Submission:

• Videos must be uploaded to a designated platform before the deadline.
• Selected videos will be played during the conference session.
